H.G.M. Azam College of Education recognizes the valuable role played by students, alumni, industry professionals, educational consultants, parents, and well-wishers in guiding aspiring students toward quality higher education.
The Admission Referral Scheme has been introduced to encourage eligible individuals to recommend deserving students for admission to the College's Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs.
Who Can Participate?
The scheme is open to the following individuals:

The scheme is applicable to eligible admissions across various programs offered by H.G.M. Azam College of Education.
Referral Process & Eligibility
To ensure proper identification and validation of referrals, the following steps must be followed:
- The referee must provide their details during the admission process.
- The student's application must clearly mention the referee's name in the designated referral section.
- Students identified directly through College advertising, promotional campaigns, counselling activities, or marketing initiatives shall not be considered under this scheme.
- A referred student can be associated with only one referee.
- In case multiple claims are received for the same student, the first recorded submission shall be treated as valid.
- Retrospective or backdated referral claims shall not be accepted.
When is the Benefit Eligible?

Important Terms & Conditions
- Referral benefits are applicable only for successfully admitted students.
- Referral benefits cannot be adjusted against a student's tuition fees or any institutional dues.
- Referral benefits are payable only after full fee payment by the admitted student.
- If the admitted student cancels admission before commencement of the program or within the period specified by the College policy, no referral benefit shall be payable.
- The referee may be required to submit identification and banking details before any benefit is processed.
- The College reserves the right to verify all referral claims and supporting information.
- In case of any discrepancy, dispute, or conflict regarding referral ownership, the decision of H.G.M. Azam College of Education shall be final and binding.
Exclusions (Who Cannot Participate)
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Full-time employees & Part-time employees
- Contractual staff & Visiting faculty
- Administrative staff
- Any personnel directly associated with H.G.M. Azam College of Education or Azam Campus institutions
Note: Any attempt to route internal referrals through external individuals may result in disqualification and appropriate disciplinary action.
