H.G.M. Azam College of Education values students who have completed their schooling or higher education within the Azam Campus educational ecosystem.
The Loyalty Benefit Scheme has been introduced to encourage eligible students to continue their academic journey with the College while recognizing their long-standing association with Azam Campus institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Loyalty Benefit Scheme, applicants must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Campus Alumni Status
The applicant must have completed the immediately preceding qualifying education from an authorized institution located within Azam Campus. Examples:
- 12th Standard / HSC students seeking UG admission
- UG students seeking PG admission
Academic Eligibility
The applicant must satisfy all admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and cut-off standards prescribed by the College for the selected program.
Conduct & Discipline
The applicant must have maintained a satisfactory disciplinary record and should not have been involved in any major academic misconduct or disciplinary violations.
Applicable Programs & Benefits
Continuity Requirements
To continue receiving the Loyalty Benefit in subsequent academic years:
- The student must maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or above.
- The student must remain in good academic and disciplinary standing.
- The student must comply with all institutional rules, regulations, and academic requirements.
- Failure to maintain the required CGPA or disciplinary standards may result in withdrawal of the benefit.
Important Guidelines
Terms & Conditions
- Loyalty benefits are strictly non-transferable.
- Benefits are applicable only to the eligible student for whom approval has been granted.
- The institution may issue a revised fee structure or fee challan reflecting the approved benefit.
- If a student becomes eligible for multiple fee concessions, scholarships, or institutional benefits, only one benefit may be availed, as per College policy.
- Combining multiple institutional concessions may not be permitted.
- The College reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or withdraw the benefit if any information or documentation submitted by the student is found to be incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent.
- The benefit may also be withdrawn if the student faces disciplinary action, suspension, or serious academic misconduct during the course of study.
- The decision of H.G.M. Azam College of Education regarding eligibility, continuation, interpretation, and implementation of the scheme shall be final and binding.
